2004 Camp Alaska
Camp Frontier
Pioneer Scout Reservation
Pioneer, Ohio

A true test of winter camping skills, Camp Alaska means staying ouside for at least 24 straight hours, cooking our own meals, and sleeping in shelters which we built using only a groundcloth.

Our Camp Alaska this year began in the midst of a winer storm, which lasted most of the weekend. Check out the nifty Camp Alaska photos. Lots of snow and fun.

After 24 hours outside, we enjoyed a great hot breakfast in the Camp Frontier Dining Hall. Then home for a hot shower!
